Air

A flush fronted cubicle option for shower changing and toilet cubicles. Using concealed fixings and highly engineered components, Air is a stylish and contemporary cubicle system suitable for a wide range of applications in the sports, leisure and commercial sectors. The unique position of both the foot and headrail ensures that all that is seen is a floating wall of laminate, with only the indicator escutcheon announcing the door opening.

Cabrillant 600

Cubicle systems designed for use as shower, changing and toilet cubicles in wet or dry areas. Constructed from solid grade laminate. The surface is easy to clean and withstands wet use. The aluminium fittings and components have been specifically engineered to overcome the weakness normally encountered in patch fitting systems.

Cubicles are available with or without doors, or optionally with coloured heavy-duty curtains. When installed as dividers without doors, shower cubicles are fixed with a small front pilaster panel and a continuous head rail to maintain stability and safety.

Cabrillant 700

Cubicle systems designed for use as shower, changing and toilet cubicles in wet or dry areas. Constructed from solid grade laminate. The surface is easy to clean and withstands wet use. The aluminium fittings and components have been specifically engineered to overcome the weakness normally encountered in patch fitting systems.

Marathon Classic

Marathon Classic is a fully framed cubicle system with head rail, designed for high-use public washrooms, changing areas, showers and WCs, and demanding public environments. It is compliant with current DDA legislation.

The extruded aluminium 49 x 99 mm diameter headrail is mechanically jointed to 50 mm diameter vertical posts, with screwport connections to form a strong structural framework. Corners are joined to head section with solid aluminium castings.

Marathon Classic cubicles combine quality engineering with the strength and durability of Compact Grade Laminate. Cubicles are also available with solid surfacing materials or toughened and laminated glass division panels.

Marathon Conform

A fully framed system with integral head rail, designed for high-use public washrooms, changing areas and WCs, and demanding public environments. Conform has a floating appearance whilst engineered to remain fully framed so does not compromise on specification or performance.

It has Compact Grade Laminate panels and doors and incorporation of pilaster panels enables site adjustments so that cubicles are compliant with 450 mm diameter manoeuvring space in WC cubicles and 550 mm diameter in shower and changing cubicles. Can include contrasting colours to achieve LRV standards. Conforms to current EA/DDA and IFI requirements.

Marathon Conform™ Suspended/ Elevated Cubicle

Suspended variation on the fully framed Conform cubicle with load bearing head beam allowing minimal contact with the floor and a true floating appearance which also aids cleaning.

Marathon Connect

Unframed panel cubicle with compact grade laminate panels.

Features:

  • The adjustable aluminium pedestal uses a unique clamping system.
  • Overlap door and panel detail to avoid finger traps.
  • Includes a through fixed aluminium rotary door lock with no visible fixings, and emergency release system.
  • Soft-close hinges allow doors to close quietly, and are through-fixed for added strength.
  • Expanding metal inserts are used to accept all hinges.
  • Fully extruded aluminium wall channel to the rear of each division panel.

Applications:

Leisure and general commercial applications that do not experience a high volume of use.

Not suitable for use in island or free-standing applications.

Marathon Glass Dry Area Lockers

Marathon Dry use lockers are designed for use in dry changing areas Marathon Dry use lockers are designed for use in dry changing areas, offering a contemporary look for modern changing area design.

Dry use lockers consist of melamine faced high density particle board bodies with screw and dowel construction.

Base, top and shelf units are from the same material with 2 mm PVC edge banding to front edges. The locker bodies are available in a variety of height combinations and widths. Door frames are constructed from extruded aluminium profiles, pre-drilled for on-site assembly. Aluminium and stainless steel hinges engage into door frame profiles and doors have spring loading for automatic closing. Adjustments are possible for horizontal and vertical alignment of doors. Neoprene door buffers engage into aluminium profiles.

Doors and matching decorative end panels are available in toughened float glass with coloured ceramic paint finish. Doors are attached to hinges with stainless steel screws into aluminium rosettes anodized to match door frame profiles.

Marathon Glass Wet Area Lockers

Marathon Glass Lockers are for use in wet areas and incorporate 0.9 mm aluminium bodies, aluminium profiles, ABS moulded plastic shelves and ventilation at the front. The lockers are specifically designed for use in wet and humid environments without the risk of degradation and can be cleaned by hosing down with water. They are suitable for pool and shower environments in both the private and public sectors.

Contemporary style dry lockers with an MFC carcass and solid grade laminate doors and end panels, suitable for use in a modern changing area design.

Laminate lockers with 10 mm Compact Grade Laminate doors are designed for wet and dry areas. Marathon laminate lockers have been in used in a variety of installations including public leisure centres, swimming pools, health and fitness clubs, holiday villages, schools and hotels. They are designed to last, with every element being built from materials that will not degrade when exposed to wet clothes and humid atmospheres.

Marathon Suspended

Marathon Suspended is a fully framed suspended cubicle system with load bearing head beam. It is designed for high use washrooms, changing areas and WCs in demanding public environments. With 24-hour use, where cleaning is a priority, Marathon Suspended offers easier access under the cubicles, while the more open design assists supervision. It is compliant with current DDA legislation.

Features:

  • Option of fully suspended cubicle system supported by connections to structural slab or walls above suspended ceiling, dependent on design of slab and adjacent services. Consultation or site survey required.
  • The extruded aluminium 150 mm x 60 mm hollow section head is capable of spans up to 6 metres of single depth wall mounted cubicles.
  • 50 mm diameter vertical posts are mechanically joined to the head beam with screwport and through bolt connections to form a structural framework.
  • Junctions and intermediate supports (when required) are formed in situ with vertical 100 mm square support posts connected to floor by adjustable legs.
  • Cubicle door frame with 'Safe edge' anti finger trap detail.
  • Full length channels are used to attach partition and pilaster panels to walls.
  • Pilaster panels secured into frame with high modular anti fungal silicone adhesive.
  • Developed in conjunction with the Engineering Department of Sheffield Hallam University. Criteria include the ability to cope with users standing on bench seats in suspended changing cubicles.
  • Where required the occasional support leg is mounted onto the finished floor surface.
  • Suspended cubicles can be used in free standing blocks, between walls or with wall mounted supports concealed within the ceiling void. Design flexibility enables it to be installed in almost any project, even with large ceiling voids, unlike traditional ceiling hung systems.

Marathon System D

Marathon System D is a streamlined system with a curved appearance. The use of an elliptical aluminium pilaster provides a unique and modern finish. Marathon compact grade System D is suitable for both wet and dry use and is available in glass, laminate or a mixture of both, giving complete design and colour flexibility.

Marathon System D Cubicles - Glass

Sprint Club

Sprint Club is a Flush Fronted 30mm Panel system which is available for both Wet and Dry areas. A 30mm panel consisting of HPL faced PU Core has been specially developed for those wanting a flush fronted cubicle system for shower areas, while a Melamine Faced Chipboard cubicle which is perfect for office, schools, shops bars and restaurant toilet facilities. Featuring an aluminium headrail and recessed, adjustable feet, Sprint Club also has embedded profiles to not only give a rebated appearance, but prevent any line of sight for privacy.

Laser edge-banding of a Polypropylene strip on every panel, welded with an invisible adhesion joint for a perfect look, gives improved resistant to both moisture and dirt.

Trojan Access Panels

Access panel system to match Prospec cubicle systems, designed to be installed in a single visit with other trades in attendance, in conjunction with adjoining cubicles. The 12 mm thick Compact Grade Laminate panels and 10 mm toughened float glass panels are available in a choice of standard colours and are suitable for wet areas. They are resistant to water and chemicals, designed to withstand the rigours of cleaning and to deter vandals. Access, fascia and end panels and lighting pelmets are also available.
