Description

A flush fronted cubicle option for shower changing and toilet cubicles, using concealed fixings, highly engineered components and the latest glass technologies, Air is a stylish and contemporary cubicle system suitable for a wide range of applications in the sports, leisure and commercial sectors. The unique position of both the foot and headrail ensures that all that is seen is a floating wall of glass, with only the indicator escutcheon announcing the door opening.


Features and benefits:

  • Toughened and laminated low iron 'Opti-white' glass doors and pilasters (15.52 mm thick).
  • Low iron Opti-white glass, giving a true colour representation.
  • Patented concealed fixings design to doors and pilasters ensuring no visible fixings to front elevation.
  • Satin anodized aluminium leg and stabilizing bar are attached to the partition panel giving a floating appearance.
  • Engineered to disperse stress with emphasis on the method of attaching the friction fit components to the laminate, combined with high strength adhesives.
  • Satin anodized aluminium finished fittings suitable for use in wet areas including swimming pool environments.
  • Satin aluminium door latch with oval shaped indicator plate.

  • Fittings: Satin anodized aluminium hinge/ brackets bonded with structural resin and fixed into concealed rosettes for added strength, to doors and pilaster panels.
  • Head Rail: Satin anodized aluminium overhead stabilizing bars fixed into concealed rosettes to top edge of pilaster panels, and satin anodized connector to top edge of partition panels.  
  • Legs: One attached to partition panel 180 mm inboard with through fixings from satin anodized aluminium and stainless steel, with mechanical connection to front pilaster with adjustable ground clearance. Fixed to floor with 316 grade stainless steel screw and plastic plug. Optional Bonded Leg: One attached to partition panel 180 mm inboard with through fixings from satin anodized aluminium and stainless steel, with mechanical connection to front pilaster with adjustable ground clearance. Fixed to floor with 316 grade stainless steel pin 10 mm long and high strength waterproof adhesive. 
  • Ironmongery/ Accessories: Engineered satin anodized lock, fixed through door with concealed fixings with outside indicator and emergency release function. Lock finger engages into compatible lock receiver, fixed to pilaster panel. Available in choice of finishes to match extruded profiles. Satin anodized aluminium coat hooks with integral rubber buffer, through-fixed onto division panel for added strength and to perform as door buffer.
