Description

Steelwork acoustic isolation system, designed for commercial multiplex or private cinemas with lightweight stadia seating frame design.


Features and benefits:

  • Designed for lightweight, cold-rolled and steel framing system (SFS) structures which impose line loading.
  • Utilizes high strain expanded polyurethane (EPS) strips to extract maximum isolation performance despite low dynamic mass in the structure.
  • The wide load range allows use in a variety of lightweight steel structures.
  • Does not require precise load capacity or isolation performance bearing calculations to be carried out, however maximum loads must be observed.
  • Easy to install.

  • Product code: 2CS-L-01.
  • Size: 1000 x 75 x 12.5 mm.
  • Installation: Allow one strip per meter of sole plate, plus 5% for off-cuts.

Farrat CineSTEEL LITE acoustic bushes.

Guidance for specification option:

  • Product code: 2CS-L-08/10/12.
  • Sizing: Dependant on selected fixing or bolt type; M8, M10 or M12.
  • Installation: One bush required per bolt. All fixings through isolation strips should incorporate an acoustic washer.
