FasTop TG69 is a very heavy duty antimicrobial polyurethane cement floor screed system, providing superb resistance against chemical attack, thermal shock.

Description

A very heavy-duty polyurethane cement floor screed system providing excellent resistance against chemical attack, thermal shock and abrasion which is HACCP International certified. It is a food grade non-taint and odourless product which can incorporate an antimicrobial additive and provide slip resistance in wet and dry conditions.


When installed at 9 mm thickness, the system is resistant to steam cleaning, boiling water and process liquids up to 120ºC and is also suitable for freezer temperatures down to -40ºC.

Guidance for specification option:

Substrates must be clean, sound, dry and free of surface laitance with a minimum strength of 25 N/mm². Mechanically prepare substrate to provide a surface texture that will function as a key for the resin. Remove all dust and debris. Repair significant mechanical damage, pitting and cracks.
