Heavy, Severe Duty Fire Rated Doorsets

Fire rated doorsets, suitable for heavy duty requirements.

Features and benefits:

• Suitable for heavy duty requirements in FD30 and FD60 configurations.
• Available with FSC/ PEFC certification - consult manufacturer for details.
• Doors are 30 minute/ 60 minute fire rated and consist of a flaxboard core 350 kg/m³ and 450 kg/m³, available in 44 mm and 54 mm thickness with 65 mm white wood framing all round (65 mm extra hardwood to the top of all FD60 doors).
• Two types of frame construction are available:
• Solid rebated frame with integral stop - main section 94 x 44 mm (finished). Extensions can be fitted for wall depths up to 200 mm.
• Planed square edge (PSE) section with loose door stops - 32 mm up to 125 mm solid (one piece) with a 32 x 13 mm stop. For wall depths in excess of 125 mm a tongued extension piece is fitted.
• Frames can be softwood or hardwood.
• Architrave: Three profile types as standard, other profile types and sizes can be supplied.
• Royd and Tucker Hi-Load H105 lift off hinges with 25 year guarantee.
• Bridgman are members of the Exova/ BM Trada Q Mark Scheme.
