Application

  • Suitable for use on most flat roofs, including single ply, felt, hot-melt, asphalt, liquid, GRP and lead.
  • A range of upstands to accommodate new roof insulation.

Description

Polycarbonate thermoformed rooflights designed to make optimum use of natural light, available in a wide range of sizes, shapes and glazing options. Normally specified with Whitesales proprietary insulated PVC-U curbs, but can also be installed on existing builders curbs. Higher security, access and ventilation options are available.


Features and benefits:

  • Thermoformed from UV protected, co-extruded polycarbonate sheet and are available in solid single, double, triple, quad skin or Eco multiwall construction.
  • Available as clear or diffused, dome only and domes with an upstand, for detailed finish.
  • Available in dome, pyramid or trapezoidal shape.
  • Ventilation and access options available.
  • Ventilation options include controllable rotary trickle vents and electric opening.
  • Solid glazed units use a minimum 3 mm thick glazing and have been tested and certified according to EN 1873: 1200 J and ACR(M): 001: 2005 Class B.
  • Compliant with HSG33 recommendations.
  • Over 40 stocked sizes available, with a range of PVC-U upstands and polycarbonate domes (certified as 'non-fragile').
  • Units supplied with patented high-security screwbolt fixings.
  • Em-Dome Plus option available, for secure fixing utilizing a fully enclosed, tamper-proof frame.
  • 1200 Joule certificate Cebtp D313.9.823.1/2 and SB 1200 (EN 1873), refer to manufacturer literature (data sheet) for full specification.
  • Light transmission according to EN ISO 13468.
  • dB values according to EN ISO 140-3 (report P902622-B).
