Application
Suitable for use as an open-jointed, drained and back-ventilated rainscreen cladding system for new build facade projects, unitised facades, modular construction and facade refurbishment for all commercial buildings. Suitable as an alternative to GRC cladding or quarried stone cladding with fully prefabricated, installation-ready facade panels, including extra large format slab-to-slab facade panels for seamless stone facades. Provides a non-porous facade material for a durable finish with consistent quality and aesthetics. Suitable for use in highly complex facades with a wide variety of bespoke facade details available.
Description
A drained and back-ventilated rainscreen facade system with agglomerated stone panels made using up to 96% upcycled marble quarry by-product.

Secondary support structure | Aluminium carrier rails. Guidance for specification option: Horizontal rails The horizontal rails are manufactured from extruded aluminium alloy (grade EN AW-6063 T6) to BS EN 12020-1. The rails are available with an anodised coating or a mill finish and are supplied in six-metre lengths. They provide support for the panels and are mechanically fixed to the vertical sub-frame. Vertical rails The vertical rails are a series of T-profile sections manufactured from 2.5 mm thick aluminium alloy (grade 6063/ T6) to BS EN 12020-1 and are available in three profile sizes: 50 x 50, 50 x 75 and 60 x 75 mm.
