Applicable for buildings in residential and commercial sector.

Description

Wooden vertical element designed for use with Fakro pitched roof windows in a linked combination where the roof windows are immediately above the wall/ roof junction. Can be combined with most Fakro roof windows of a similar width. Choice of fixed, tilt only or tilt and turn design.


Features and benefits:

  • Manufactured using vacuum impregnated pine with a choice of natural pine, white polyurethane or white acrylic internal finishes.
  • Windows are non-vented and have an installed U-value of 1.3 w/m²k. (1.1 w/m²k glass).
  • Standard internal frames and sashes are finished as detailed above but can be finished with lacquer from the Lazurite range of colours which includes afromosia, light oak, mahogany, teal or walnut.
  • They can also be finished in most solid colours from the RAL spectrum.
  • Standard external finish to these windows is RAL 7022, also available in RAL 9005 Black for use in conservation-style applications.

Note: Must be installed with pitched roof window as a combination.

Bottom windows cill for finishing to brickwork/ lower external detail is NOT supplied. Cill detail should be finished on site as required.

Only use EU­_/B flashing kit type with these windows.


When specifying these windows, always allow a flashing kit size to suit the upper window(s) being used.
