Application

Applicable for buildings in residential and commercial sector. Suitable for roof pitches between 35 and 55 degrees.

Description

A large roof window, in which the sashes create a functional balcony in the loft. The upper sash opens upwards while the bottom sash tilts forwards to a vertical position, allowing free access to the balcony recess.

Features and benefits:

The upper sash opens up to 45°, and is supported by an innovative auxiliary mechanism which supports the sash in any position within this range.
The side rails are integrated into the bottom sash and extend during its opening.
When the lower sash is closed, the balcony rails area hidden inside the window and are not visible above the roof surface.
