Duo 8 LPS 1175 A1 (SR1) Security Rated Weld Mesh Fencing

Zaun’s Duo8 SR1 is a high-strength welded mesh fencing system designed for applications requiring enhanced perimeter protection and Secured by Design compliance. The system is manufactured using twin 8 mm horizontal wires welded either side of a 6 mm vertical wire, forming a 50 x 200 mm mesh aperture. This configuration provides increased rigidity and resistance to vandalism and attack.

The system is independently tested and certified to LPS 1175 Issue 8 Security Rating A1 (SR1) and is listed in the LPCB Red Book. It is suitable for schemes requiring Secured by Design approval.

Typical applications include schools, public buildings, commercial premises and infrastructure sites where a robust, open-visibility security boundary is required.

The dual-wire construction increases panel stiffness and impact resistance while maintaining high through-visibility for natural surveillance. The clamp bar fixing arrangement provides continuous secure engagement between panel and post, enhancing resistance to forced removal.

Manufactured under controlled production processes to ensure consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
