Application

For use when closing cavity walls in the traditional manner.

Description

A vertical profiled damp proof course with integral expanded polystyrene insulation, introducing a thermal break within the cavity wall reveal.


Features and benefits:

  • Integrated profile laps cavity insulation – overlaying inconsistent cutting/ gaps.
  • A moulded angle for accurate positioning.
  • Width extends into and overlays cavity insulation, eliminating any thermal spiking.
  • Can be attached to rear of built-in frames.
  • When not attached to frames the DPC has rigidity and is self-supporting.
  • Standard size/ profile: 245 mm wide DPC profiled to produce 20 mm 90° return, 200 mm wide flat and 25 mm splayed end.
  • Non-standard, purpose-made profiles are available to order.
