Suitable for ventilated façades in new and refurbishment projects with the following cladding materials:
- Fibre-cement.
- High pressure laminate (HPL).
- Ceramic and stone.
Description
The ventilated façade two layer system consists of horizontal/ vertical aluminium profiles and stainless steel brackets (MFT-FOX VTR). The brackets are designed with both fixed and flexible point to allow for thermal expansion of the profile.
Features and benefits:
- Flexible design using fixed and flexible points.
- 40 mm adjustment capability of the profile on the wall brackets.
- Stainless steel brackets A4 1.4404 (316L grade) according to EN 1090-2; EN 10088.
- Bracket length: 120–300 mm.
- Brackets can be installed using a range of methods – anchors, screws and direct fastening.
- Aluminium profiles according to EN 755-2; EN 573-3; EN 12020-2; EN 1090-3; EN AW 6063 T66 and EN1090.
- The isolator separates the substructure from the base material to reduce thermal bridging.
- Substructures can be designed with PROFIS Façade to generate technically-sound and economically-optimized solutions.
- Thermal bridge calculation in accordance with EN ISO 10211-1.
- Can be used with all panels with approval for the undercut anchor fastening.
