Description
The ventilated façade two layers system consists of vertical/ horizontal aluminium profiles and thermal bridge-free brackets (MFT-FOX VT). The brackets are designed with both fixed and flexible point to allow for thermal expansion of the profile.
Features and benefits:
- Flexible design using fixed and flexible points.
- 40 mm adjustment capability of the profiles on the wall brackets.
- Powder coated bracket base plate for corrosion resistance.
- Bracket length: 140–320 mm.
- Brackets can be installed using a range of methods—anchors, screws and direct fastening.
- Aluminium profiles according to EN 755-2; EN 573-3; EN 12020-2; EN 1090-3; EN AW 6063 T66 and EN1090.
- Substructures can be designed with PROFIS Facade to create technically sound, cost-efficient solutions.
- Thermal bridge calculation in accordance with EN ISO 10211-1.
- Can be used with all panels with approval for the undercut anchor fastening.
