An isolation hanger with 102 mm deflection, designed to reduce vibration and noise generated by suspended equipment and piping.
Application
Suitable for applications that isolate suspended sources of both audible and inaudible noise vibration, including:
- Suspended mechanical equipment.
- Piping and ductwork.
Description
Kinetics SRH Spring Isolation Hangers consist of free-standing, large-diameter, laterally stable steel springs in series with an elastomer-in-shear insert, assembled into a welded hanger bracket. Hangers incorporate a high-deflection, colour-coded spring element with a load transfer plate, and a 10 mm deflection elastomeric isolator complete with load transfer plate.
Features and benefits:
- Allow support rod misalignment through a 30° arc without short-circuiting.
- Can withstand up to 500% overload without failure.
- Available in various deflections with different load bearing capacities.
- Made from steel spring and bracket with a polyester powder-coated finish.
