FIRETEX® FX9500 has a smooth finish that is suitable for exposed steel in architectural features. It can be finished with an approved topcoat to prevent chalking or discolouration for enhanced aesthetic appeal.

Top coat | Required. Guidance for specification option: Insert requirements. Where a high degree of gloss and colour retention is required overcoat with Acrolon C137V2, Acrolon 7300, Acrolon 1850 within seven days at a minimum dry film thickness of 50 µm. These overcoating times refer to achievement of optimum adhesion at 23°C and will vary with temperature. FIRETEX FX9500 is indefinitely overcoatable with itself. Not required. |
