Application Instructions

Joint Preparation

The joint surfaces must be clean and free from all contamination. Surfaces should be degreased using the appropriate surface cleaner (contact ARBO® Technical Services for further information)

Joint Backing

Where applicable, use appropriately sized cross-linked, closed cell Polyethylene foam

Application

All joint preparation, priming, and sealant application should be carried out in accordance with BS 8000-16: 1997 + A1: 2010 the British Standard for the sealing of joints in buildings using sealants.

Arbosil 1090 is supplied in polyethylene 380ml cartridges and can be applied into the joint using an ARBO Caulking Gun.

Packaging

25 x 380ml Polyethylene Cartridges per box. Polyethylene nozzles are included in each box.
