The Ecco concertina loft ladder is is designed for small ceiling openings. It is supplied as a ready to fit unit, consisting of a space-saving aluminium ladder contained within a laminated wooden hatch box.
The Ecco features an insulated trap door with multi-point latching system, giving an class 4 certified airtight seal all the way around the hatch. It is also pre-assembled with a sealing and insulation tape, preventing cold draughts between the hatch box and ceiling structure, as well as helping to make installation quicker & easier.

They are supplied as a ready to fit units suitable for use in steel-reinforced concrete ceilings. The concertina ladder is manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components contained within, and attached to, a fire resistant and insulated hatch box and trapdoor manufactured from sheet steel. The heavy duty spring mechanism allows you to raise and lower the ladder with a minimum of effort.
The Supreme F60 / F90 Steel Hatch box loft ladder is tested according to EN 1363-1, EN 1634-1 and ÖNORM B 3860 by IBS Linz for fire resistance of 60 minutes / 90 minutes from below (EI2 60 / EI2 90).
