ProfiLine fire rated wooden loft hatch and ladder

ProfiLine fire rated wooden loft ladder. The wooden hatch is fire rated for 30 mins (below or above & below) or 60 mins (below only). Insulated and airtight (class 4 certified) loft hatch. 3-part folding wooden ladder suitable for loads of up to 150kg per tread. The ProfiLine Loft Ladder is tested by IBS Linz for 30 minutes (EI(2)30) and 60 minutes (EI(2)60) from below for installation in either wood-beamed ceilings or concrete ceilings. For concrete ceilings only, the ProfiLine is also tested by MPA Braunschweig for 30 minutes from below and above (F30 Plus).
