Ancon 25/14 Restraint System
Leviat
The Ancon 25/14 Restraint System ties an outer leaf of brickwork to a light steel frame.
Self-drilling, high-thread screws fix through the channel and rigid insulation board and into the steel. Stainless steel SD25 or basalt fibre Teplo-BF-CT 25 wall ties are located in the channel and built into the bed joints of the outer leaf of brickwork.
This system has been independently tested by Lucideon and is UKCA and CE marked. A Declaration of Performance is available to download from www.ancon.co.uk/approvals.

Ancon KSN Anchor Reinforcement Continuity Systems

The KSN system comprises of internally-threaded anchors which are cast into the wall and, during construction of the adjoining slab, accept continuation bars prepared with a Bartec parallel-thread. This is fastest and safest system.
There is no on site bar straightening and virtually no restriction on bar length, so EC2 lap lengths are easily accommodated. A standard timber carrier allows multiple anchors to be installed simultaneously. Unlike re-bend systems where bar length, spacing and diameter are restricted by physical box dimensions, KSN Anchors provide total design flexibility.
Ancon Low Thermal Conductivity Wall Ties

The Ancon range of low thermal conductivity wall ties minimise heat loss through thermal bridging, improving the energy efficiency of a masonry cavity wall. The use of these ties can reduce insulation depth and wall footprint.
In addition to a number of stainless steel wire wall ties, the range includes the Ancon Teplo range which is manufactured from pultruded basalt fibres set in resin. This BBA-approved product is available exclusively from Leviat. It has a thermal conductivity of just 0.7W/mK, making it the most thermally efficient wall tie on the market.

Ancon Thermal Breaks are manufactured from a durable fibre-reinforced thermoset plastic which combines low thermal conductivity with high compressive strength. They are shaped like a standard Ancon key-hole shim in order to locate quickly and easily, between bracket and structural frame, as a support system is installed.

Design of Shear Connections using KSN Anchor Box

Eazistrip Reinforcement Continuity Systems

The Eazistrip Reinforcement Continuity System is a quick and easy to install method of maintaining continuity of reinforcement at construction joints in concrete. It consists of a galvanised steel casing with a dimpled surface to provide an effective concrete bond.
Pre-bent bars are housed within the casing and are enclosed by a protective cover. Each end of the unit is sealed with a polystyrene block in order to prevent the ingress of concrete.

Halfen HIT is a high performance structural connection system which can now be used to join post tensioned concrete balconies to a post tensioned concrete slab. The system is suitable for use with all types of proprietary bonded and unbonded post tensioning systems currently available on the market.
The Halfen HIT Post Tensioned Balcony Connector system, which incorporates our established Halfen HIT Structural Thermal Break, allows balconies to be cast together with the main slab and then simultaneously tensioned. Formwork installation and removal on balconies and the main slab can therefore take place at the same time, driving significant efficiencies on construction sites and enabling a faster, more efficient build programme.
