The Cordek Air Brick is designed to provide
a practical method of venting ground gases
from beneath a building, through the perimeter
cavity wall construction with the additional use
of an adjustable cavity vent. The air bricks can
be connected to one of the Cordek venting
systems, which when used in conjunction with
a suitable membrane, provides an efficient and
economical gas protection solution.

Cellvent HX combines the benefits of

Cellvent HX alleviates the effects of ground
movement and also provides an excellent gas
venting medium. It is designed for use under
suitably reinforced ground floor slabs.
The depth of the Cellvent HX panel will depend
upon the amount of ground heave that has
