Product Range

The portfolio includes primers, DPM (damp proof membranes) and moisture control solutions, waterproofing, smoothing compounds, floor covering adhesives, specialist adhesives for wood and parquet, wood lacquers and oils. Also, resin floor systems such as resin floors, resin coatings and resin quartz screeds.

Products

Primers - High‑performance primers to promote adhesion between substrates and smoothing compounds, adhesives or coatings. Primers are formulated for porous and non‑porous substrates, improving surface tension, reducing absorbency and stabilising friable substrates to ensure uniform application of smoothing compounds and adhesives.

DPM and moisture control - Products to manage residual construction moisture and rising damp via liquid moisture barriers, two‑component moisture membranes, and DPM systems to protect sensitive floor coverings.

Smoothing and levelling compounds - Rapid‑setting and traditional smoothing compounds, liquid screeds for repairing, levelling substrates before floor coverings or resin systems. Options include self‑smoothing and pumpable screeds for large areas, plus fibre‑reinforced and high‑strength products for heavy loads.

Floor covering adhesives - Adhesives for all floor coverings, including textile, carpets, vinyl, linoleum, rubber, carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) and wood. This includes dispersion adhesives, pressure‑sensitive adhesives, contact adhesives and special adhesives for high‑traffic or areas subject to high solar gain.

Wood adhesives, parquet adhesives, lacquers and oils - Specialist adhesives for bonding solid and engineered wood, parquet and mosaics to substrates. Plus wood lacquers and oils that provide wear resistance, aesthetic finish and maintenance characteristics in matte to gloss finishes.

Resin floors, resin coatings and resin screeds - Seamless resin systems for hygienic, chemical‑resistant or decorative floors — including epoxy and polyurethane coatings. Resin floors combine high strength with a seamless finish, making them suitable for heavy industrial or commercial use. Durable, slip-resistant and chemical-resistant, ideal for laboratories, healthcare, production, warehouses and decorative options for corporate and commercial spaces.

Uzin Utz provides comprehensive technical support and aftercare to ensure the successful specification and installation of floors. Support includes a dedicated technical helpline and email service, on-site surveys and moisture testing, and project-specific system design and written specifications.

Technical documentation and performance data - Detailed product datasheets, safety data sheets, test certificates (abrasion, slip resistance, chemical resistance), fire performance data, and sustainability accreditation enable confident specification and compliance with building regulations.
CPD, training and on‑site support - Continuous professional development sessions, specification workshops and installer training to ensure correct product selection.
Project systems and warranties - System recommendations that link primers, DPM/waterproofing, smoothing compounds and adhesives to finish systems (e.g., wood lacquers and oils or resin flooring) and offer system warranties when installed by approved contractors.
