Trident Point

Trident Point is a large 8-story building in Harrow, constructed in 2012, housing 142 residential flats, an integrated Morrisons supermarket and car park. All combustible materials had to be removed including polystyrene render, timber cladding, ACM and timber decking. VulcaLap® was used to replace all existing timber cladding with our T&G125 A2 fire rated plank in Veneto Oak finish. Superb works which are expected to last until mid-2024 due to the scale of the building.

Deliveries were lifted by site crane straight onto the high level communal garden site compound. Our technical team have been working closely with Teampol to produce detailed installation drawings to ensure a seamless installation process.
