London Bridge Rail Station

OVERVIEW

The proven, durable properties of Sika’s high-quality waterproofing system were required to ensure the successful upgrade of one of the UK’s busiest rail terminals.

The multi-million pound refurbishment of London Bridge station – which brings an estimated 56 million passengers into the city each year represents a huge undertaking by Network Rail to create new connections and increase peak hour services by 30%. The project is part of the government-sponsored Thameslink Programme.
