A 100% recyclable, flexible, vinyl sound barrier mat.
Application
- Can be used as a noise barrier in floors and walls to upgrade the airborne levels of noise, particularly at low frequency levels.
- Used for enclosing noise sources.
- Can be draped around equipment, suspended between equipment and quiet areas, or lagged to the equipment casing.
Description
A 100% recyclable, flexible, vinyl sound barrier mat with naturally occurring minerals. The product is free of lead, unrefined aromatic oils and bitumen. For use where high levels of acoustic performance in buildings are required.
Technical characteristics:
- Hardness: 95 Shore A.
- Available in 2Kg/m2, 5Kg/m2, 7Kg/m2 & 10Kg/m2.
- Density: 2200Kg/m3.
- Tensile strength: 2.6 MPa.
- Strain at break: 30%.
- Stress at peak: 1.3N/mm2.
- Flammability: FMVSS 302 self-extinguishing.
- Operating temperature: -20°C to +95°C (Short exposure at extremes).
