Application

Suitable for a variety of applications such as a outside dining, covered walkway and a sheltered waiting/play area.

Description

A classic wall mounted timber structure that is constructed with a stylish curved roof, a maximum span of 7.5m and an unlimited length.


Features and benefits:

  • The timber structure is available with two roof options: 5 mm solid polycarbonate and 16 mm solid polycarbonate.
  • The canopy is constructed from a Glulam timber frame which is PEFC certified and fire resistant to BS 5268.
  • It has a life expectancy of 15 years.


Method of Fixing;

Galvanised steel feet made from (up to0 300mm (h) x 190mm box section with a 250mm x 250mm base plate and internal steel plate 400mm x 1200mm. Base plate is fixed to foundation pad using M116 threaded rods and resin anchors. Foundation pads vary according to canopy size.


Construction Material:

Columns, eaves beams, curves and rafters are GL24h European Whitewood Glulam with MUF adhesive and 45mm laminations. Purlins are C24 regularised timber. All timber can be supplied with PEFC certification.


Roof frame is curved Glulam timber beams with aluminium rafter bars.
