Heavy duty aluminium retractable loft ladder for access to a loft or plant room via a vertical wall hatch. Manufactured from high strength die-cast aluminium alloy components, wooden hatch box and insulated trapdoor.

The heavy-duty spring and dampening mechanism allow the ladder to be raised and lowered with a minimum of effort. In addition, large steps and pre-assembled telescopic handrail offer comfort, safety and ease of egress.
