Base compound designed for use where floor levels need to be raised quickly and economically, prior to the application of a suitable floor smoothing underlayment.
Suitable for use over a wide range of subfloor types including sand/cement screed, concrete, granolithic, terrazzo, epoxy and polyurethane resins, ceramic and quarry tiles and STOPGAP waterproof surface membranes.
STOPGAP 600 is a base compound designed for use where floor levels need tobe raised quickly and economically in light to heavy-duty applications onto soundabsorbent and non-absorbent subfloors.
STOPGAP 600 sets sufficiently in as little as three hours allowing it to be capped with STOPGAP Fast Track 30, 200, 300 or 1200 self-smoothing underlayments prior to he installation of new floorcoverings.
STOPGAP 600 is also suitable for use under STOPGAP 800 Wearcoat.
STOPGAP 600 is dimensionally stable and is supplied as a pre-blended dry powder, which is designed for application between 5-50 mm in one application. It is protein-free which allows it to be used in biologically sensitive areas.
