The Schöck Isokorb® M type SK makes it easy to solve the technical, thermal and structural issues of designing modern lightweight modular balconies.
Description
The Schöck Isokorb® M type SK is a load-bearing thermal insulation element with a non-combustible 40 mm insulation thickness for connecting cantilevered lightweight modular balconies to reinforced concrete slabs.
Features and benefits:
- Proven thermal performance: Meets the requirements of Building Regulations Part L for heat loss and condensation control.
- Increased strength and stiffness: Allows less connectors and increased anchor spacing.
- Optimized construction: Less facade penetrations provides cost savings from reduced secondary interfaces.
