Rapid Eaves Vent System

The Rapid Eaves Vent System is designed for use in cold pitched roofs as a means of introducing low-level over fascia roof space ventilation. The Rapid Eaves Vent System comes as three parts sold separately with a Rapid Eaves Vent Rafter Roll, Rapid Eaves Vent 2-in-1 Eaves Tray and an Eaves Comb.

Three part system sold separately:

Rapid Eaves Vent Rafter Roll:

A roll-out rafter ventilation tray that maintains an uninterrupted air ventilation gap between the underlay and ceiling level insulation in the loft space.

Rapid Eaves Vent 2-in-1 Eaves Tray:

Provides continuous ventilation over the fascia while supporting the underlay at the eaves to ensure a positive fall of the underlay into the eaves gutter.

Eaves Comb:

Used to prevent birds, large insects, rodents etc. from entering the roof space. Eaves Combs are required for the following BMI Redland tiles: Grovebury, Regent and Fenland Pantile.
