Loft Hatches

Loft panels are designed to fit into any type of ceiling system in order to gain access to domestic loft areas. The rear of the metal door tray is fitted with 65 mm thick, foil backed insulation board with a thermal conductivity value of 0.023 W/mK. A 25 mm wide picture frame surround is provided for retrofit. This enables the panel to be inserted directly into the clear structural opening and screw-fixed into position through the side of the panel frame. Manufactured from 1.2 mm thick Zintec Steel frame and 1.0 mm thick Zintec Steel door tray with polyester powder coating of matt white RAL 9010 20% gloss. The door has a concealed continuous hinge, and is secured using either a standard budget lock or pull latch

Made from wholly non-combustible materials in accordance with BS476 Part 4.
