Biodiverse seeded (on warm roof build-up)
Langley Extensive Biodiverse system provides a living roof that is primarily designed to maximise the variety of plant species and encourage biodiversity.
Langley Biodiverse Living Roof systems are designed to provide all the benefits of a drought tolerant, biodiverse living roof that can be adapted to suit local and regional nature conservation and planning requirements.
Substrates are GRO compliant and tested to BS 8616:2019.
Our 20mm cuspated drainage / reservoir layer is constructed from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and includes a laminated upper filtration & bottom *protection fleece (* required on warm & cold roofs only) to simplify installations and ensure consistency across the living roof.
Fire Performance – the Langley biodiverse systems can achieve BRoof(t4) compliance when tested as part of a full Langley roof buildup.
