Description
Timber Framed Internal Wall Partition as an alternative to SFS delivered with the i-FAST external wall panel SS_25_10_32_90.
Load bearing or non-load bearing REI 30,60,120.
Manufactured offsite in a controlled factory environment, internal timber framed walls are a flexible and fast way to create internal partitions, racking walls, compartment walls or load bearing walls.

Features and benefits:
- Sole plates are impregnated with mould-resistant pressure-treatment preservative.
- Fire:
- 30, 60 or 90 minutes load bearing fire resistance.
- Sheathing from cement fibre board or OSB
- 89 or 147mm thick timber framed core
- tested to EN 1365-1 (loaded fire resistance testing) up to 5m
- Acoustics:
- RW 35 - 55 dB based on acoustic modelling.
- Structure:
- Timber studs at centres to suit height and load

- Designed to support line, point and surface mounted loads
- Durable high impact resistant facings with excellent fixing capacity.
