In-line® GV11 Universal Soaker Slate Ventilator with a 10 000 mm² ventilation area.
Application
Suitable for use:
- With natural and man-made double lap slates.
- At low level or high level where the roof construction does not allow for eaves or ridge ventilation.
- Where complex wall or fire break walls obstruct air flow in the roof space.
- In complex roof shapes where effective cross ventilation is not possible.
- As a terminal for soil vent pipes or mechanical extract terminals with separately supplied accessories.
Description
Glidevale Protect GV11 In-Line Slate Vent is a universal tile ventilator and terminal solution which matches with all natural and man-made double lap slates of all sizes. It can be used for all roof space ventilation requirements and can also be adapted into an SVP and mechanical extraction terminal by means of a pipe adaptor and flexible pipe.
Features and benefits:
- Unobtrusive profile makes it virtually unseen from the ground.
- Concealed baffles catch any wind driven rain or snow that might penetrate the grille and return it via positive drainage channels to the roof slope.
- Easily installed in the normal slating process.
- Superior wind uplift resistance on interlocking designs
- Easily converted for use as SVP or mechanical extraction.
- Easily installed wherever required as part of the normal tile/slating process.
- Excellent ‘free draining’ design ensures no ponding of water in the vent.
- Integral 4 mm insect screen ensures no unwanted visitors.
