Fullerton KEY Bike Locker

The FULLERTON-KEY double-decker bike box is suitable for safe and convenient bicycle parking. Manufactured according to DIN 79008 standards, this system offers the highest quality and durability. With folded steel sheet elements and a bicycle rail that easily accommodates tyres up to 60 mm wide.

It is equipped with numerous features, such as charging options, storage compartments with grounded sockets and USB ports, and LED interior lighting in each compartment for maximum convenience.

The wide range of colours and diverse design options allows you to customise the garage and integrate it harmoniously into its surroundings.

Thanks to the robust flat roof, galvanized side walls, and burglar-resistant door construction, the bicycle garage is optimally protected against the elements and unauthorised access.

Construction:

• Modular building system in single- or double-story design, manufactured according to the requirements of DIN 79008
• Bent sheet steel elements, 1.5 mm or 2.0 mm thick, bicycle entry rail with front wheel holder for tyre widths up to 60 mm
• Double-decker bicycle garage with extendable and lowerable bicycle entry ramp including anti-rollback device, wheel holder and standard integrated gas spring to reduce effort. Front wheel adjustment height 330 mm
• Charging option in the lower box, including storage compartment with 230V grounded socket, including 3A circuit breaker with USB-A and USB-C ports and LED interior lighting per compartment as options
• Version for cargo bikes available on request

Surface / Colour:

• All steel parts are galvanized
• Exterior wall additionally powder-coated

Roof:

• Flat roof made of robust 1.5 mm thick sheet steel with internal reinforcing profile beams
• Canopy and solar LED outdoor lighting for the two-storey version in anthracite; a green roof tray is available as an option

Back, intermediate and side walls:

• Made of galvanised and profiled sheet steel, 1.5 mm thick, with ventilation slots to prevent condensation and for air circulation, burglar-resistant, screwed or riveted from the inside
• Additional side wall infills are available optionally with perforated sheet metal, wooden slats (spruce stained), aluminium strips in wood decor or WPC in standard colours according to the table as options

Door:

• Robust, reinforced door frame made of folded sheet steel, 2 mm thick, door with additional vertical reinforcing strut, opening support by gas spring
• including clothes/helmet hooks on the inside of the bicycle garage doors (in two-story versions only in the lower boxes)
• Lock case prepared for a 35/35 knob cylinder for emergency unlocking from the inside
• Door hinge can be mounted on either the left or right side (DIN left or DIN right), please specify when ordering.
• Labeling and numbering available at an additional cost
• Version with PIN code lock or electronic access authorization and booking software available on request.

Drainage:

• Freely dripping over the rear roof edge

Fastening:

• For bolting down at +/- 0 mm using adjustable feet on a concrete slab provided by the customer according to our foundation plans (slab or strip foundation in the area of ​​the feet)
• Delivery includes floor mounting hardware

Delivery:

• Individual boxes pre-assembled at the factory
• Installation by qualified personnel is recommended upon request.
