Description

Energy-saving control for frost protection application with alarm to Building Management System (BMS).

LPHW and Cold Water Services - Single Circuit, Single Application Controller: This is a line-sensing and or ambient sensing thermostat for LPHW pipe freeze protection circuits shall be controlled using a programmable, programmable ambient sensing control (PASC) thermostat, complete with adjustable hysteresis, high and low temperature alarm function, digital display, ‘offsite programming’ without external power supply, 25A switching capacity, sensor and voltage failure alarms, selectable fail safe mode (either ON or OFF), alarm relay for remote BMS monitoring and system error codes for quick diagnostic of system failure.

  • Sensor cable: Silicone 3 m x 4 mm diameter (Sensor Cable can be extended up to 150 mm when a cross section of 2 x 1.5 mm² is used. The cable exposure temperature is -40 to +90°C (+215°C, 1000 h maximum).
