Application

A cost-effect high-build seamless resin flooring system suitable for use in a wide range of environments including, but not limited to; factories, warehouses, plant and storerooms, back of house areas, automotive environments. Available in a wide range of standard and bespoke colours.

Description

A smooth, solvent-free, epoxy high-build resin coating that can provide a slip-resistant profile by the inclusion of aggregates to suit requirements. The product is hard wearing against sustained vehicle traffic, as well as excellent chemical and abrasion resistance.

Testing	Moisture content of substrates dry to 75% RH. Compressive strength greater than 26 N/mm². Tensile strength greater than 1.5 N/mm². Manufacturer guidance Moisture content of substrate (relative humidity) is used to determine the primer required.
Preparation	Mechanical preparation.

Primer	Flowprime. Guidance for specification option: For weak and/ or porous substrates. Hydraseal DPM. Guidance for specification option: For use where substrate RH exceeds 75%.

Surface treatment	Not required. Aggregates. Seal coats. Manufacturer guidance The addition of aggregates or seal coats provides a slip-resistant finish where required. Consult manufacturer for details.
