Application

Acoustic overlay board for existing timber floors.

Description

High Density premium direct to joist board for timber floors comprising a 22 mm thick tongue and grooved cement based board with a pre-bonded 15 mm thick high-performance resilient layer.

Features and benefits:

  • The slim profile and high acoustic performance makes it ideal for timber floor refurbishment projects.
  • Specially designed for direct to joist fitment after existing timber floor has been removed.
  • After removing existing timber floors, there is no need to lay a new one, which overcomes floor-to-ceiling height issues, saving money and time.
  • Suitable for both 400 mm and 600 mm joist centres. Non load bearing partitions can be built off the floor.
  • Easy to install.
