Our journey towards sustainability begins with innovative solutions that extend from our operations to other businesses within Ravago Group. From recycling offcuts to pioneering polymer recycling technologies, we’re constantly pushing boundaries.
For instance, at our Kings Lynn XPS insulation manufacturing facility, we’re making tangible strides towards a greener future with initiatives such as recycling offcuts, incorporating recycled materials into our pellets, and implementing innovative dust capture and compaction.
These efforts demonstrate our dedication to reducing waste and environmental impact and reflect the origins of Ravago Group as pioneers in polymer recycling.
Responsible Operations
Operating responsibly is non-negotiable for us and this starts with creating safe collaborative working environments that encourage ethical behaviour.
We’ve set ambitious carbon reduction targets, including a 42% reduction in scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2030 and we are enthusiastic participants in Operation Clean Sweep, helping to limit the impact of microplastics on the environment.
Additionally, we’re focused on sustainable logistics, through initiatives like network and transport mode optimisations we’re ensuring that we’re reducing our carbon footprint across the board.
