A deep retrofit in the heart of the Lake District. Refurbished following Passive House / EnerPHit principles.

A single storey timber frame house, based on Passivhaus principals with specialised wheelchair access, situated in Fife, Scotland.

This project, built by Ashe Construction, has been designed to comply with the Passivhaus standard. The main structure is Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and has been protected from the elements with Pro Clima Solitex Adhero, a weatherproof self-adhesive breather membrane and rain jacket for the building.
