KEIM Ecosil ME is a high performance,
environmentally friendly mineral paint for interior use. KEIM Ecosil ME optimises air quality, making use of the MiNox effect, using photocatalytic pigments to reduce noxious gases and odours by transforming them into natural substances.
KEIM Ecosil ME is particularly suitable for interior walls and ceilings in heavily used areas such as public buildings, hospitals, schools, offices, hotels, restaurants and food storage areas.
Suitable substrates include all mineral plasters, concrete, plasterboard and sound previously painted surfaces.
KEIM Ecosil ME is not suitable for use on pure gypsum or on surfaces with salt efflorescence, on wood and enamels.

KEIM Lotexan is a siloxane based water repellent impregnation to reduce the water absorption of natural stone. Also used as a dust suppressant. KEIM Lotexan is suitable as a water repellent protective treatment, for mineral renders, fair-faced concrete, prefabricated concrete elements, exposed aggregate concrete, calcareous sandstone and fibre-cement boards. KEIM Lotexan provides protection from water, acid rain and
atmospheric pollution. KEIM Lotexan penetrates into the pores of mineral building materials. Once the solvent has evaporated, the active ingredient coats the walls of the pores and develops its water repellency by reacting chemically with the moisture normally present in the substrate and the atmosphere. This treatment does not seal the pores in mineral
building materials.

KEIM Royalan is a long life exterior silicate-based paint with a modified potassium silicate binder. KEIM Royalan has a high coverage and contains only lightfast inorganic pigments.

KEIM Soldalit ME is a sol silicate photocatalytic exterior mineral paint. KEIM Soldalit ME is a highly specialised mineral
paint system based on a binding agent combination of silica sol and potassium silicate, for use on exterior surfaces. This combination allows the application of mineral coatings not only onto mineral, but also on a variety of previously painted surfaces directly without the use of any stabilising
agents. Photocatalytic paint uses light energy to neutralise pollution, the catalyst is not used up in the reaction and will continue to react for the life of the paint. The reaction converts Nitrogen Oxides and other harmful pollutants including formaldehyde and
acetaldehyde into harmless nitrates.
