MuteClip®
iKoustic
MuteClip is unique in its design with its dual density rubber
polymers that are designed and assembled to improve noise
reduction over a broad range of frequencies whilst remaining
stable and consistent with each MuteClip. Requiring only a
single fixing, the MuteClip looks to minimize the points of
contact with both wall and ceiling partitions.
MuteClip® Channel
iKoustic
MuteClip Channel is only compatible with our MuteClip, the
reason for this is that the design maintains a return lip to hold
substantially more weight as the MuteClip clasps onto this - it
cannot be used as a resilient channel. The design also
includes two indentations along the profile to provide the
channel with further strength.
MuteClip® LP

MuteClip LP (Low Profile) is unique in its design with its dual
density rubber polymers that are designed and assembled to
improve noise reduction over a broad range of frequencies
whilst remaining stable and consistent with each MuteClip
LP. The adopted low profile helps to reduce the loss of room
height whilst never compromising in performance.
MuteClip® XP

MuteClip XP (Extended Profile) is unique in its design with
its dual density rubber polymers that are designed and
assembled to improve noise reduction over a broad range of
frequencies whilst remaining stable and consistent with each
MuteClip XP. The extended profile helps to accommodate
varying joist and room depths whilst never compromising in
performance.
MuteCradle 16/30
iKoustic
MuteCradle is our innovative acoustic flooring system for both concrete and timber sub floors to help give a completely floating floor with no direct fixings. The system is also used to help level an uneven floor when combined with our varying sizes of MuteCradles and Cradle Packers.
MuteCradle is fitted with a recycled rubber-base layer at 10mm thickness which helps to provide impact reduction
within the floating floor system achieving a 54 dB Lnw CL - an average of 27 dB reduction and is compliant with Part E
Building Regulations in accordance with Robust Detail (FFT2) for Resilient Cradle and Batten Systems

MuteMat 2 is two-ply, high performing resilient floor mat achieving a superior impact attenuation in both timber and concrete structures, as well as high mass to reduce airborne noise which is suitable for all building types. MuteMat 2 comprises of two materials, a 6mm PE crosslinked foam (closed-cell) which is in contact with the surface, and a 7.5kg per m2 Mass Loaded Vinyl.

MuteMat 3 is three-ply, high performing resilient floor mat achieving a superior impact and airborne attenuation in both timber and concrete structures. MuteMat 3 comprises of three materials, 5kg per m2 Mass Loaded Vinyl, a 6mm PE crosslinked foam (closed cell) which is in contact with the surface, and a 7.5kg per m2 Mass Loaded Vinyl. These two different densities within Mass Loaded Vinyl help to reduce resonance between mass layers.

Tecsound® S100

Tecsound S100 is a self-adhesive, visco-elastic membrane used to attenuate airborne noise with fantastic results. It can be applied directly to walls, floors and ceilings as well as applying directly to metal work to significantly reduce vibration within a structure.
Tecsound® SY50

Tecsound SY50 is a visco-elastic membrane, and this means it is both a viscous material, part way between a solid and a liquid, having elastic properties, meaning that it returns to its original form when stress is within its limits, like pulling an elastic band, if you pull it too hard it will break. Tecsounds sweet spot for damping or 'muting' vibration does not often go into these 'stresses' in the majority of projects that need control over vibration.
Tecsound® SY50 ALU

Tecsound SY50 ALU (Aluminium Faced) is a self-adhesive, visco-elastic membrane with an aluminium facing which acts is a decorative facing especially in industrial settings. This helps to reduce airborne and vibration in multiple ways including; floor, ceiling, walls and applying directly to metal work for optimum reduction in vibration.
