CoreClad A1 is a range of pre-coated aluminium material which is produced through a coil coating process. Coil coating is the process of coating metal coils in a continuous and highly automated process, prior to the final fabrication processes by Eltherington. Advantages of coil coating are a superior quality, uniform paint layer and consistent colour. Our pre-coat materials have optimal cleaning, pre-treatment and paint application facilities, leading to unquestionable advantages in corrosion resistance, durability and sustainability. The CoreClad A1 high performance coating is extremely flexible, suitable for both profiling and forming of façade systems using modern tooling and machinery.

Our perforated products can be made to suit your open area or free area requirements including a narrow or wide border as well as solid rows and columns. Eltherington's perforated systems are an effective method of satisfying ventilation and solar shading requirements, or can be used purely for their aesthetics. We supply round, square or special-shaped perforated systems suitable for cladding, soffit, column casings, brise soleil and solar shading.

We are able to offer a range of 3D finish options to provide many unique and innovative creative solutions. Within our CNC punch facility, we have numerous punch tools for 3D designs, either convex or concave. We are also able to offer full panel 3D solutions resulting from coil processing. We have the following emboss patterns: Stucco, Hammered, Cedar Woodgrain, and Alugrain. An additional benefit of embossing is the material work hardening properties resulting from the embossing process to provide a much stronger panel solution.

Our high performance spandrel panels are seamlessly interchangeable with glazing units in curtain walling systems. They are highly effective at hiding the edges of floor slab, ceilings and other building elements that would detract from the overall aesthetics of the façade. Our spandrel panels are an integral part of creating an architectural façade that will help retain the visual impact of a curtain walling system.
