Brunel Street Works is a massive regeneration site located in London that has been drawing a lot of attention in recent years. This ambitious project has been utilizing a number of different systems to create striking buildings that are sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone who sees them.Two of the systems that have been used in this project are the Through Fix System (TFS1) and the Castellated System (CS), both of which have been CWCT tested to ensure their durability and performance.When it comes to the finishing touches on these buildings, the TFS1 and CS systems have really shined. These systems have been carefully designed and implemented to create a seamless and visually appealing finish that perfectly complements the surrounding architecture. Additionally, the buildings have been finished with A1 pre-painted aluminium in RAL 7022, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to the already impressive structures. With a total size of 5000m2, Brunel Street Works is truly a sight to behold, and one that is sure to capture the imagination of anyone who sees it.

Jesmond Three SixtyEltherington Architectural are thrilled to be specified on Jesmond Three Sixty in Newcastle. A multi-million pound scheme to transform the dated Scottish Life office block in into luxury flats, shops and new office space.The original office block was constructed during the early 1970s and required an entirely new façade system to update the appearance and performance of the original building.Our Clip Plank System(CPS) in powder coated aluminium was specified by the design specification teams at Taylor Maxwell and GT3 Architects for the following reasons.CWCT – The clip plank system (CPS) along with all our rainscreen systems have been independently tested and accredited to the specific requirements of CWCT.Support system –All our systems are fully tested with Hilti Eurofox. We also provide an installation scheme, static calculations and technical support from Hilti.

The project was developed by Barings and designed by the globally renowned architects, Squire & Partners.The building’s façade was tested by Eltherington, which carried out a full project-specific CWCT test for the Rainscreen façade. The test rig, built for FK Group, passed the full CWCT Sequence B test. The test rig included large 3mm thick aluminium panels measuring 4m x 1m on our Hilti Eurofox subframe. The CWCT Sequence B test comprises of air-permeability, water tightness, wind resistance, water penetration, and impact resistance.
