As part of continued commitment to product development Eagle are pleased to announce the successful launch of their second generation of commercial Bi Folding Speed Gates.

Eagle have completed another successful installation for Cala Homes at Sandy Lane Cobham. The installation consisted of 2 sets of electric gates and intercom system to the houses. Compliance with latest directives is essential so these gates were force tested and issued with a declaration of conformity. Eagle support all installations and are able to offer a 24hour emergency call out to offer peace of mind in the unlikely event something should go wrong. In the event of power failure all systems can be manually overridden. All systems are supported with CAD drawings and cabling requirements for intercoms and access control

Eagle were chosen to provide two PAS68 Gate to a high security site located in the South East. The specification required an airlock system rated to withstand a HVM impact of 50mph and 7500kg. The outer gate was 3m high clad in solid steel whilst the inner was 3m high with 358 mesh. Thames Water turned to Eagle when a set of Trackless Bi-Folding Speed Gates were required. Images show the installation before and afterwards. Set on a tight deadline Eagle had to install the Bi Folding Gates without any compromise to security and achieved this whist keeping the old commercial gates operational Bi-Folding Speed Gates do not need the space that a swing gate requires to open. This leaves the full length of the driveway usable for parking vehicles and is useful where space is restricted.
