Profiline Fire Rated Wooden Loft Ladder

The ProfiLine fire resistant wooden loft ladder EI_²30/ EI_²30 Plus/ EI_²60 offers an attractive design and is available in standard or made-to-measure sizes. It is supplied as a ready to fit unit, consisting of a three-part folding wooden ladder contained within, and attached to, a wooden hatch box and an insulated trapdoor (U-value 0.92 W/m²K).

The ProfiLine Loft Ladder is certified by IBS Linz for either 30 minutes from below (EI_²30) or 60 minutes from below (EI_²60).

The ProfiLine is also certified by IBS Linz to 30 minutes from below and above (EI_²30 Plus).

The unit is supplied complete with a handrail to the right-hand side, rubber feet, and white cover strips to fix onto the edges on the hatch box. The trapdoor has a turn latch locking mechanism which is operated by a wooden pole.
