D-marc Demarcation Operations and Maintenance Manual

"D-marc have developed a demarcation barrier system for flat roof tops. The D-marc can be used for the purpose of preventing access to hazards during regular rooftop maintenance or to demarcate a safe route of access across a roof. Wherever roof access is required designers are tasked with creating a safe means of access which can be identified by a demarcation system. D-mac 105 is classed as a form of Collective protection in accordance with the HSE's hierarchy of risk management as WAHR 2005. The D-marc is a free standing solution which is wind tunnel tested to withstand windspeeds of 105mph as per BS 6399"
