Description
TRADELINE Resilient Bar systems are lightweight, non
load-bearing, friction fit systems. They can be used within
all sectors.
Due to the inclusion of TRADELINE RB565
Resilient Bars on one side of the partition create a higher
level of separation between the C stud and plasterboard
lining thereby achieving superior levels of sound
insulation performance.
Designed to give the potential to satisfy acoustic requirements for Part E of the Building regulations. Due to the high reliance on workmanship, we only recommend when the requirement is 43 DnT, w + ctr i.e. material change of
use, student accommodation, hotels etc.
Sound performance up to 61 RwdB, 90 minutes fire and Severe Duty
Structural performance:
- Strength grade to BS 5234-2:1992 Annexes A-F.
Fire performance:
- Fire resistance to BS 476:1987:Part 22.
Acoustic performance:
- Calculated weighted sound reduction index (Rw) to BS EN ISO 10140-2: 2010.
Installing framing for partitions:
- Partition height (maximum) calculated based on a limiting deflection of L/240 at 200 Pascals.
