Old Granada Studios

Part of the prestigious St. Johns development in Central Manchester, was formerly the location of Granada TV Studios and overlooks the cobbles of the former Coronation Street set where the facade of the legendary Rovers Return can still be seen by the turnstile at the entrance to the site.

The Old Granada Studios project has been delivered by B&K with the roofing installation carried out by approved contractors S1 Roofing. The project features a full MOY Specification comprising Paromelt Hot Melt Liquids on the main roof at level ten and the level eleven stair core, and on the level 9 balcony along with a RBM warm roof on the level 12 lift over run.
