OVERVIEW
A car dealership in Brentford underwent a comprehensive redevelopment to modernise its facilities, aiming for a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Spanning over 13,200m², the new design includes a showroom for 25 cars, a 35-bay workshop, valeting facilities, offices, and a parts distribution hub, alongside a five-storey car park for 400 vehicles.
Construction Specialties (CS) provided the A-4080/A-4085 Ventilation Louvres to support natural ventilation and smoke control. Powder-coated in Graphite Black (RAL 9011), these louvres align with the cladding for a cohesive look. Covering 175m² across various building elevations, including a custom trapezoidal section, they ensure compliance with regulations and enhance the building’s aesthetic.
