Floor and Roof Hatch Covers- Presidential Palace, Abu Dhabi

Surespan manufactured and supplied over 86 different access hatches including;

• Hydraulic HIAC covers
• Stainless Steel Internal HIAC covers
• Stainless Steel Roof Hatches

The HIAC hatches were primarily 1800 x 1800mm and were rated FACTA Class ‘B’ vehicle loading.

They were hand pump operated via hydraulic cylinders.

A further 70+ covers were manufactured in stainless steel to fit 1220 x 1220mm with 50mm and 80mm recesses.

The internal HIAC was 600 x 600mm and featured gas spring assistance, 20mm recess for marble and a polished stainless steel top trim.

The Roof Hatches supplied were 800 x 900 and 600 x 600mm stainless steel and were fire-rated for up to 2 hours. They were powder-coated RAL 9010.
